Advisory boundary

Scalegrid provides business architecture, structure advisory and strategic planning support. We do not replace registered legal, tax, accounting or financial professionals. Where specialist advice is required, we help clients identify the right professional support and coordinate the structure around the business objective.

Engagements and payment

Engagements are scoped and quoted in advance. Sessions and packages are paid, and fees are confirmed before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable as set out in your engagement confirmation.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to make timely decisions where needed. The quality of our recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Deliverables prepared for your engagement are provided for your business use. Scalegrid retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates and frameworks. You may not resell or redistribute our materials without permission.
